The gloss of an orchid silk dress even came through in the look book, which was shot on film for an intentionally grainy finish.

A two-tone crochet dress was also handmade; in fact, Partow said it was her most time-intensive piece ever. A group of women in New York hand-crocheted each circle, then crocheted them together, one by one, over the course of an entire month. As a result, it is one of her most expensive items—but Partow was happy to report it’s been a hit with her buyers.
